Contrary, Controversial, Conundrums for Casual Consideration
I'm biting the bullet and installing XP

Oh my Bloggy Fans...Pray For Me!!! Ferverently!!! LOL
I'm biting the bullet and installing XP and Office 2003 tomorrow.
I just don't have the patience to search through every page on
my template to find the content to edit, and link to all the pages
blah, blah, blah, blah....

Hard coding is just that...HARD. Not hard as in difficult...hard as
in time consuming, eat your brains out boring, monotonous, drive
you crazy with frustration ...that kind of Hard! Soooooo... I'm going
to give up my Win98SE and go for XP. If it wasn't for the fact that
I want to get my gardening site published asap, then I would NEVER
cross over to the XP side. I KNOW I've got about 3 hours of disabling
ahead of me after the install...but hey...I hear it works just like '98
after you disable all the unnecessary memory hogs.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, sounds like a duck then it
must be a duck...right? I guess not. Apparently after you've got all
the crap disabled, it's like a better version of Win98. Welllll now,
we'll soon find out. And if I can get FrontPage going...I'll be in heaven.
(or something like it). Lazy website designer heaven, more like it - Heh.!
Uuuugh... I can't believe I'm going to actually do this. The only thing
worse, that I can think of, would be to go out in public in a bikini. Yeah...
that's a very bad visual. Remember, I'm just a few years shy of 50 !
heh heh heh {Sardonic laughter ensues}

Sooo...I'll let y'all know how I make out. If you don't hear from me for
awhile you'll know that 1 of 3 things have happened:
1.) I've succeeded in burning the house down
2.) I've accidentally fried my computer
3.) I threw my computer PLUS the XP & Office 2003 CD's out a second
story window onto a brick sidewalk.

Otherwise, I'll catch you all back here in a few days! LOL
Later, gator...

Oh yes....ever the persistent and slightly cabin feverish Canuk, I insist
on posting the Jazz Band links.
